Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DocMyHealth (the “Service”), a web-based personal health organizer. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for any records you add on behalf of family members you are authorized to manage.

The Service

DocMyHealth lets you store and organize medical records, medicines, nutrition, and emergency information, and upload lab reports/prescriptions for AI-assisted extraction. The Service is currently a web application offered free of charge; there is no paid self-serve plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

AI extraction is assistive — you must verify

Data extracted from your uploads by AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. We make no warranty as to its accuracy.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming every extracted value against your original documents before relying on it.
The Service is an organizational tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and health data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you — including sending relevant content to our AI sub-processors to perform the extraction you request (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to upload any content, including records of family members.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you are not authorized to share, or that is unlawful.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Do not use the Service to provide medical services to third parties.

Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@docmyhealth.com (see the Privacy Policy for the deletion process).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted data will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocMyHealth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on AI-extracted data that you did not verify. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
